Terms & Conditions
Effective date: January 1, 2026
These Website Terms & Conditions apply to solutionsplumbingsd.com (the “Website”), operated by Solutions Plumbing Specialist Inc., doing business as Solutions Plumbing Specialist (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They address the use of this Website. Plumbing work is governed by a separate service agreement and applicable law.
1. Website use
You may use this Website for lawful purposes, including learning about our services and submitting genuine inquiries. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent requests, or use it to harass others. If you submit an inquiry for someone else or a business, you must have authority to provide the information and request contact.
2. Requests, appointments, and availability
A contact form, email, or other Website inquiry is a request for contact. It does not create a plumbing service contract, authorize work, or confirm a scheduled appointment. We will separately confirm availability, service area, timing, and any applicable charges before you authorize service. Availability and arrival times can be affected by job conditions, staffing, supply availability, and other circumstances.
3. Estimates, pricing, and service agreements
Website descriptions and general pricing information are informational unless expressly identified as a binding offer. An estimate may require an on-site inspection. We will disclose applicable diagnostic, service-call, or other charges before you authorize them. The scope of work, price, payment schedule, permits, changes, warranties, and any cancellation rights will be addressed in your separate agreement and required notices. We will obtain authorization for changes as required by that agreement and California law.
These Website terms do not replace a California home improvement contract, service and repair contract, statutory disclosure, or cancellation notice. They do not create a deposit requirement, cancellation fee, lien waiver, or waiver of a customer’s legal rights. If these terms conflict with a signed service agreement about plumbing work, the service agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
4. Informational content and urgent situations
Articles, FAQs, photos, and other content provide general information and do not substitute for an inspection or professional diagnosis of your specific property. Do not rely on them to perform hazardous plumbing, gas, electrical, or other work. Contact forms and email are not continuously monitored and should not be used for emergencies. If you suspect a gas leak or face an immediate threat, leave the unsafe area and contact emergency services or your gas utility from a safe location.
5. Website materials
Unless otherwise identified, Website text, designs, logos, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. You may view, download, and print reasonable portions for your own noncommercial evaluation of our services, keeping ownership notices intact. Other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires the applicable owner’s permission, except as permitted by law.
6. Information you submit
Please provide accurate contact details and information reasonably relevant to your inquiry. Do not upload information you lack authority to share, payment card details, government identification numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information. You authorize us to use submitted information and materials to evaluate and respond to your request, arrange authorized services, and administer the customer relationship, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting photographs or other materials does not give us permission to publish them in advertising; we will seek separate permission when needed.
7. Communications and privacy
If you provide contact information to request assistance, we may contact you about that request using the details provided. A Website inquiry does not by itself enroll you in automated marketing calls or texts. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. Any future marketing program requiring consent will use a separate consent process.
8. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party websites, such as manufacturer resources or social media pages. Their content, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by those third parties. A link does not by itself constitute our endorsement. Review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before providing information.
9. Website availability and legal protections
We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information useful and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is complete, current, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Website itself is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. This provision concerns the Website only; it does not disclaim warranties or duties applicable to plumbing services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful injury, gross negligence, violations of law, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing waives nonwaivable privacy or consumer rights, statutory remedies, or rights under a separate service agreement.
10. California law and disputes
California law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Website-related claims may be brought in courts with lawful jurisdiction in San Diego County, California, unless a nonwaivable law permits or requires another location. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to small claims court, a jury trial, a class action, or a government agency where those rights otherwise apply.
11. Changes and severability
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Revisions apply prospectively and do not change a previously signed service agreement. Where assent is required, we will obtain it for the revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
